  25. i suggest borrowing either a usr courier or usr sportster and try
  26. it on best and see if it works better. one time i did get slow 
  27. connects and throughput on best.com and it turned out to be i was 
  28. using ppp, and when i switched to cslip instead it sped up, i usually
  29. get around 3k-3.4k with best.com over here.
